If you do not accept the terms, do not use our services or software and delete all related files from your device.

This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "user") and PuxSpy ("service provider"). By accessing or using our services or software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use PuxSpy services or software.

1 Legal Use Requirement

1.1. You agree to use PuxSpy services and software only for legal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Parental monitoring of minors under your legal guardianship.
• Monitoring of elderly or vulnerable adults with their consent.
• Account recovery services where you have legal rights.
• Personal investigative solutions.
• Pentesting and authorized security testing of your own or legally permitted accounts.
• Identification of cyberbullying, harassment, or impersonation when legally authorized.
• Assistance in recovering scammed or stolen funds where permitted by law.

1.2. User agrees not to use PuxSpy services or software for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including but not limited to:

• Monitoring or tracking any third-party individuals without their explicit consent.
• Intercepting, accessing, or altering data without proper authorization.
• Using PuxSpy services or software for invasion of privacy or stalking.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

2 User Responsibilities

2.1. User agrees to install and use PuxSpy software only on devices they own or have explicit permission to monitor.

2.2. For cloud-based or remote monitoring, user agrees to monitor only accounts or services they have legal access to.

2.3. User agrees to inform all relevant individuals that their device or account is being monitored using PuxSpy services or software.

2.4. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal consequences, including account termination and potential liability for damages.

3 License and Restrictions (Applicable to Software)

3.1. The service provider grants user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use PuxSpy software on authorized devices.
• Access and utilize PuxSpy services in accordance with this EULA.

3.2. User may not:

• Resell, lease, distribute, or modify the services or software.
• Use the services or software to engage in unlawful surveillance or tracking.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of PuxSpy services or software.

4 Service Usage Terms (Applicable to Services)

4.1. Users must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity using PuxSpy services.

4.2. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts.

4.3. PuxSpy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found in violation of these terms.

5 Limitations of Liability

5.1. PuxSpy shall not be liable for any damages arising from improper or illegal use of our services or software.

5.2. User agrees to indemnify and hold PuxSpy harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their violation of this agreement.

5.3. PuxSpy provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.

6 Privacy and Data Use

6.1. PuxSpy may collect certain technical data for service improvement and support purposes. User data will be handled in compliance with our privacy policy.

6.2. PuxSpy does not access or disclose user data except where required to enforce this agreement or comply with the law.

7 Termination

7.1. This license and service agreement automatically terminates if user violates any term of this agreement.

7.2. Upon termination, user must immediately cease using PuxSpy services and remove all software from their devices.

8 Changes to This Agreement

8.1. PuxSpy reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
