Deadlines and Fines
At PuxSpy, we offer various services, some of which allow customers to place an order and receive proof of work before making payment. This option gives clients the opportunity to verify that the service has been completed and is ready for delivery. However, in order to maintain the integrity and fairness of our processes, we enforce clear payment deadlines and associated fines for late payments. These rules apply specifically to orders where the proof-before-payment option is selected.
1 Freedom
We respect the freedom of choice for all our clients. If you do not agree with our terms or find our services unsatisfactory, you are free to leave our website at any time. No one is obligated to use our services.
Similarly, we reserve the right to offer services under specific terms and conditions. Each of our services is governed by a "Service Contract" that outlines all the details including pricing, timelines, payment methods, and other key information. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Service Contract. If any part of the contract is unclear or unacceptable to you, we recommend not placing an order.
2 Client responsibility
By placing an order with PuxSpy , clients confirm they have fully understood and accepted the terms outlined in the Service Contract. It is the responsibility of the client to read the full contract before proceeding with their order. Our team is available to clarify any questions prior to the order being placed. However, we do not accept complaints regarding misunderstandings after the order is submitted.
The Service Contract serves as the definitive agreement between us and the client, and must be read and accepted before proceeding.
3 Payment deadlines
For services where the proof-before-payment option is available, once the proof is provided, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the Service Contract. These deadlines are strict and non-negotiable. Late payments will incur fines as specified in the contract.
For orders where the client has already paid upfront, there are no deadlines or fines, as the service begins only after payment is confirmed.
The specific details regarding proof and deadlines for payment will be clearly outlined in the Service Contract associated with the service selected.
4 Late payment fines
If a client fails to make payment on time, they will incur a late fee, as detailed in the Service Contract. The fine is mandatory and must be paid in full for the service to proceed.
If the client makes the payment after the deadline but without the fine, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the service until the fine and outstanding amount are settled.
Failure to pay the fine may result in further actions, including the withholding of the service indefinitely. After 15 days from the delivery of proof, a late payment fee of 10 times the original service price will be applied due to the extreme delay.
5 Contract violation
Failure to pay for services after receiving proof or refusal to pay the late payment fine is considered a violation of the Service Contract. In such cases, we may take steps to protect both parties' interests, including notifying the intended target of the service (e.g., a monitored account) and potentially involving law enforcement if necessary.
A violation of the Service Contract will also render the client's Privacy Policy void, and in such cases, we may disclose information regarding the client's order to the relevant parties to confirm the legitimacy of the request.
In the event of a contract violation, clients may incur a penalty fee of up to 50 times the original service price, depending on the severity of the breach. Refusal to pay the fine may result in further actions, including escalation to our fraud investigation team for resolution.
A warning will be issued to the client, with a 24-hour response window to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within that time, the contract violation will be considered final.
