Cell Phones Monitoring

This Service Contract explains important details about our Cell Phones Monitoring service. Please read the entire document carefully and make sure you understand all the information. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us before placing an order.

Price

The fee for monitoring one mobile device (Android or iPhone) is:

$ 400 US DOLLARS

Proof-before-payment option. With this option, we will perform the service first and then send you proof that the work has been completed before you are required to pay.

$ 350 US DOLLARS

Upfront payment option. This discounted price is available if you pay first. We will then complete the service after receiving your payment.

Why is paying upfront cheaper? We prefer to work with payment in advance. However, understanding that some clients may feel more comfortable with proof before paying. That's why we offer this option for an additional fee, transferring all risks and uncomfortability to us.

How do we do it?

To gain full and unrestricted access to a cell phone so you can view and manage its content, we use the device's network. Every cell phone has a signal that connects it to satellites (even without an active voice or data plan). This signal acts as a permanent link that we use as a "door" for monitoring.

Our method, developed by our team in 2015 and perfected over the years, offers the following benefits:

  • Virus/Spyware Free: Our approach is ethical and does not require installing any virus or spyware on the device.
  • Remote Access: No physical access to the device is needed. The service works with just the phone number—there is no need for rooting or jailbreaking.
  • No Warnings or Notifications: Because the monitoring is network-based and virus-free, the phone will not display any warnings or notifications.
  • Performance: The phone continues to work normally; its battery life, speed, and overall performance are not affected.
  • Discretion: The process is completely discreet and undetectable, allowing monitoring even if the phone is in active use.
  • Irremovable: Once installed, the monitoring cannot be easily removed—making it a reliable solution for parents dealing with conflictive children.
What will be obtained?

After our service is set up, you will be able to view and manage the following on the target device:

  • Calls: Review call history, listen to calls in real time, and receive audio files and text transcripts of all calls.
  • SMS and MMS: Read all text and multimedia messages sent and received.
  • Gallery: Access all photos and videos stored on the device.
  • Chats: View all chat histories from messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Signal, Viber, WeChat, Line, Kakao, etc.).
  • GPS: Check real-time location on a map and review historical locations and routes with timestamps.
  • Social Networks: Access data from apps such as Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Email: View emails from apps like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail, and others.
  • Dating Apps Monitor activity from dating apps (e.g. Bumble, Tinder, Grindr, Happn, Badoo, OkCupid).
  • Cloud Services: Access content stored in cloud services (e.g. iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
  • Camera: Remotely activate the front or back camera to capture photos or videos discreetly.
  • Microphone: Remotely activate the microphone to record sounds from the surroundings.
  • Browsers: View the browsing history in any browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera).
  • Keychain: Access stored passwords for apps and websites used on the device.

In addition to viewing data, you can also take actions on the device, such as sending messages, making calls, deleting or modifying information, installing or uninstalling apps, blocking the device, or even performing a complete reset.

Accessing information

You will have access and manage the requested Cell Phone through a secure, user-friendly dashboard that is available 24/7 via the web at: https://puxspy.com/en/dashboard

  • Login: You will log in using the target phone number and a password that we provide once your order is complete.
  • Duration: The dashboard is available for 6 months from the first login. If you need access for a longer period, you can renew the service for an additional fee of $ 50 dollars per 6-month period. Renewal details and the expiration date will always be visible on your dashboard, and you will receive notifications.

The dashboard is compatible with all devices—whether you’re using a phone, tablet, or computer—and only requires an internet connection and a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.).

Deleted information

After the service is activated, you can manage all data on the device without time limits. However, if you need to recover data that was deleted before our service started, please note:

  • Before our service: Data deleted within 180 days prior to our service can be recovered for an additional fee of $ 50 dollars. For example, if the service is initiated today, data deleted from September 15, 2024 onward may be recovered.
  • After our service: Data deleted after our service has been activated will still be available in the dashboard. Deleted items and data will be clearly labeled as "deleted", making it easy for you to distinguish deleted from non-deleted data.
Proof

If you choose to request proof before making your payment, we will take your order and start working on it without any prior payment, and for that, you will have to provide us with the phone number of the device to be monitored.

Once we receive this number, our first step is to identify the service provider for that number. We then access its network and send a message directly to your email from within that network.

Example: If a client from United States requests monitoring for the number: 410-330-4877, we first determine that the service provider is AT&T. We then send a message from an AT&T domain (e.g. [email protected]) so that when you receive it, you can confirm that we have successfully accessed the device's network.

Time of delay

Order Processing:
Once your order is received, work begins immediately. You will receive an order secret code that allows you to track the order status in real time via: Order Tracking

Completion:
The service will be completed within 12 hours at most (often much sooner).

If you pay upfront, we will send the dashboard password as soon as the service is ready.

If you opt for proof-before-payment, you will have a maximum of 12 hours to complete the payment after receiving proof. If payment is delayed beyond 12 hours, a fine equal to double the service fee will be applied. Dashboard access is provided immediately upon payment.

Payment method

Important: If this is your first time using Bitcoin and you choose the proof-before-payment option, please ensure you have Bitcoin ready before requesting the service to avoid delays and additional charges.

No other payment methods are available. If we offered alternative payment methods, we would gladly share them here; however, we do not. Repeated inquiries about alternative payment methods may be considered disrespectful.

Order cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure you are completely sure before placing an order. Do not act impulsively—take the time you need to confirm that you really want the service.

No modifications: Even if you make a mistake (such as providing an incorrect phone number), the order cannot be canceled or changed, and you will be responsible for the cost.

Success rate

Our success rate is 100%, meaning there is no possibility of failure.

Every service undergoes rigorous research and testing to ensure it meets our standard of 100% effectiveness before being offered to the public. Therefore, if we are offering this service, it is because we can execute it reliably and without failure.
